I was using HSBC Credit Card 32 months before. I had some disputes I spoke with customer service they couldn’t relsove and told me they will check and give us a call back and I told them not send me any bills till you guys resolve my issue. He agreed and i didnt get any call further and they kept sending bills and once again called they asked me to pay the so that they resolve it later. I told them I asked put the call to the supervisor they refused. After couple  of days i got a call from chennai office a Manager spoke to me I told him everything he said just close the account with the interst . I told I will not pay unless I get an proper answer. They forced me to pay the bill and asked them stop sending bills so that I will pay and close my account. But they kept sending bills with the interset and kept calling me with different name. I told them I have some issues please send me a legal notice I will pay the money in the court. They never called me since a year. After year they started again saying they are legall department. I told the  same i wish to pay it in court they yelled and thretened. Spoke to family members rudly over the phone without telling their name. My parents shouted at them telling if they get calls further we will compliant police regarding this. Wer didnt get any calls. I still wish to pay legally.

I do have my card and do not have the card no with me also I do have their name remmebered even then I contacted them they mailed the amount of the card Rs84,000/-

My total card value is 24000 and I remember i have paid some amount. My name is Lawrence Nirmalraj last 4 digits of card is 8628.

How they charge me 84000 for not using the card for 32 months when I wish to pay legally. I do not know how they calculate interest this big worse than a street finance. None of representative explained me about the interest and these kind of arogant collections.

If there anyway I can handle this legally help me with that.
