dear sir,

            i have taken a credit card from barclays bank since  last two years  a good relations has maintained but last two months the bank has blocked the card without any prior intimation the card no. is 4339-5100-0011-3888. i have converted the amount of 9810/- rs in 18 installment .out of 18 i have paid  13 installment without any inconvieniance after this the bank has accumelated the extra charges upon me and they have blocked the card also. and they have’nt issue the card yet . i have already given the number of reminders to concern department but till date i am not satisfied their oppinion . all calls have been recorded and no body told me that if you will pay the insttalment only this card will be blocked and new card will not issue at any cost. so please go through the matter seriouslyand the the necessary action againgt the miss comittmant has been done with me.
