I Mrs. Geeta Babu Gudikandulla the SBI Card holder (Card No. XXXX XXXX XXXX 6114) would like to bring to your notice that, I had received a call from the number +91-1166078650 on 07/03/11 at 6:30pm. The call was for verification purpose as said by executive. I under the misunderstanding gave my card details and after very soon I got an SMS on my mobile number +91-9867384999 stating as follows

“Transaction of Rs.4,026.00/- made on SBI Credit Card XX6114 at INDIAN HEALTH ORGANISA on 7 Mar 11.” Though I haven’t made any such transaction.

                                    So I kindly request you to do the needful investigation as I have not entered in to any such transaction, I won’t be paying the amount of transaction entered via my card on behalf of me. I request you to please make a necessary investigation.
