UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT FROM CREDIT CARD

Dear Sir /Madam,
One of the staff from Heritage India Pvt Ltd called and offered a discount card basis my credit card usgage and have done an unauthorised payment through credit card and INR4040.00 is debited to my account.
i request you to take action against HERITAGE INDIA PVT LTD and do the needful to get the charges reversed.
