vinod kumar verma and i am a   manager in SBI  , neemuch  and i have sbi credit card , card no- 0004317575054532958 this card was issued to me in 2006, when i was posted at hazira gwalior branch in state bank of indore  and this card was issued by the sbi card as a staff member of sbi and it was  issued on atpar services for a staff member and as per terms and condition of sbi card ;  in first 45 days there was no extra charge  and during that time we had  swipe a card once in singapore for shopping and after that; we paid the amount within the time period gven to us then, after few months their was a call from you  sbi card ,delhi to avail the od  scheme of  amount  28000  for a period of  45 days ;under this scheme and due to frequent call by your staff for completing their target , so i said ok;give us 28000 over draft to acheive your target otherwise i denied the same , as i  already have over draft  limit under staff scheme of rs 4.50 lakh .that time we were not having any kind of need for such money from credit card service ,because already hold  sufficient credit with us   then due to repeated calls from your credit card service we had your offer and the same amount  of rs 28199  was paid by us whithin the stipulated time and colected same amount cheque from your authorized agent …. and the amount details are as

now after this all amount was clear, we are getting notice in regular intervals that  an amount of around 6000 or more is remaining on you , then we asked your executive to give the details of respective amount  but they fail to provide us the information of same ,not only one time but several times ,now recently i have recieved a letter dated 7-feb-2011 that ;your current sbi card outstanding stands at rs 8728.44 and we are ready for settlement at 4494.19 ,please pay your amount within 45 days for this offer ; and then after we had a talk to Mr. Jipin James and he also failed to provide us the details of the same amount ; now i want details of the left amount …………or i am going to file a case against sbi for such forgery and irritating us frequently without any reason , now you have  time period of seven days or i will see you in consumer court
