    Dear Sir,

    I am Mandeep Kumar Singh, Address # B-97, 2nd floor, Old Som Bazar Gali, Mahaveer Enclave, New Delhi - 110045. I have purchased Data card from vodafone and sim number is 82000265352, this order of datacard was given by my freind on my behalf and and he gave his number on my behalf and puchase was made on 5th March 2011. Called the service provider Mr. Abdul on his cell # 8860603571, for change of address and number and the call was made on 7th March 2011. where he said the same will be done.

    Below is the case detail and mail which was sent to Vodafone customer case.

    Mail which was sent on Thursday as a complain.

    Dear All,

    I have taken Vodafone data card and was applied on Saturday however same has not been activated even after the many follow-up, today I got a call and is advised that I will have to wait for more 24hrs for the services, please be informed that I cannot wait for more 24 hrs and can not eave my job and stay at my home for verification, if you wish you can verify the address you can meet my landlord. If you are not able to provide the service then you may come and collect the data card back from my side and refund me my service. I am not at all happy with your service where every day I was promised that it will get activated today, and this today has not come from past 5 days, if you have capabilities to provide service better then you should not be in this industry.

      Thanks for your response, atleast some one revert on this. My verfification has been done today for which i had to go back to my home from my office, which is really an inconvenience, anyways i am waiting for it to get activated as promised by you all.
