Regarding Deduction of call amount from Prepaid amount without intimating the Consumer

Sir,
I am customer of Vodafone Connection bearing no. 9646216721 on dated 17.03.2011 Rs. 45 of calling amount deducted instantly/immeditely from my balance without intimating me. This process is common process of company. However, I accept my fault that any unknown service activated by me. But Company providing service immediately deducted amount of Calls wihich is quite injustice to the consumer. My request is that any ciccumstance company should not deduc immedate amount from the phone of any customer keeping in view of the urgency or need of customer.
Please intervene in the matter and do the needful.
