Airtel company is misguiding by showing different channels on its official site on internet as in real they do provide & does cheating to customers like with me.

Below mail written to Airtel Digital Tv (on 03/10/11) :
As per conversation with Airtel Customer care Executive on 03/10/11 noon by 03:04 PM (approx.) regarding my monthly Economy pack & not sufficient channels provided to me as per Economy Pack . As my Customer Id is 3002549119 . Your executive is denying to provide me Cartoon Network thru free channel as u had displayed it on internet on ur site that it will be available , ( after up gradation according to your executive will also not be available) . I also agreed for upgradation of my Economy pack ( my monthly charge for this pack is worth Rs. 210 + Tax)
But Airtel Customer Care still not providing Cartoon network as per scheme shown on internet.

Till date not updated my Economy Pack (as on 06/10/11).
